As well as recruiting fully qualified nursery nurses, Kinder Groups’ own sponsored training scheme enables many experienced but non-qualified staff to obtain a recognised childcare qualification or qualified staff to improve on the qualifications they already possess. Some thirty-two members of staff are currently working to improving their professional skills.
More than 51 staff have been with the company for four years or longer and at nearly thirty years, the average age of Kinder Groups’ staff is noticeably higher than most other nurseries. Indeed, many staff are not only parents themselves but - like our directors - are also very proud to be grandparents!
